it always amazes me when i talk with customers that know everything and then nothing at all. this jerk of a guy called last night and then once i answered his questions and asked him if i had done so he got all shitty and said if you're in a hurry you can get me another rep or your manager i told him he could definitely have my mgr but if he wanted another rep he need to call back. he was so full of shit that he did not even read the bill before calling. and when i went over it with him he was embarrassed that all he could not figure out was in front of him and he was just to full of himself to read the dates and charges. but then still wanted to feel superior while getting educated about his bill what a loser.
