So it's 2020 and I haven't written on this blog in almost 8 years. A lot has changed heck when I lost wrote on here the President of the United States was Barak Obama and since 2017 it has been Trump. I thought that was possible only in the movie Idiocracy. This year has started off with wild events happening.

All this and we are only 11 days into the new year.

For our 12th Anniversary I wanted to go to Paris but within our price range we could only get 4 nights. He wasn't feeling it and wanted to do a cruise since it has been 11 years since our last one. So the cruise it is....... Now all I can think about it how will I wear my hair.

The Moral of the story

Do not put others before your self. It may sound selfish but it is true because unless you are doing it and don't care weather it's appreciated. You will not impress the other person, you won't earn their allegiance and they won't even remember how you were there for them when it mattered.

The side effects of prednisone like steroids is that you are ravenously hungry most of the day. But with my chronic urticaria and angiodema I have to take it from time to time. :-(

Today at work seemed strange, then when I get home my man was upset and in a funk about his team losing. Dag sometimes you just gotta take a moment and step back and be still.

Daniel Fast is done......Now onto the Kira Fast

Very happy with my results after doing the Daniel Fast since 01/23/12 thru today 02/20/12 I have lost 18 lbs just by diet not yet working out. I will start my workouts after my Birthday this week 2/24! My feet and legs have not been swollen since the 2.5 week mark on the DF. That I think is the most motivating factor for me to continue and not fall off. Right now my PMS is kicking in and I want pizza but I have to be strong because I don't have any thing here to make it and I can't just go out and buy it and not know what's in it plus I am trying not to eat any dairy or sugar so I need to make my own. Anyway I am happy and I need to keep going.....
